J2M, its agents, representatives and employees are neither responsible nor liable to you, or your business for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost or imputed profits or royalties or other damages whatsoever out of or relating in any way to this site, site related services and/or content or information contained within the site, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, costs of procurement of substitute goods or services or for any claim against you by any other party, or other pecuniary loss. You acknowledge that third party product and service providers may advertise their products and services on the J2M website. J2M forms partnerships or alliances with some of these vendors from time to time in order to facilitate the provision of these products and services to you. However, you acknowledge and agree that at no time is J2M making any representation or warranty regarding any third party’s products or services, nor will J2M be liable to you or any third party for any claims arising from or in connection with such third party products and services. You hereby disclaim and waive any rights and claims you may have against J2M with respect to third party products and services to the maximum extent permitted by law. J2M, at its sole discretion, may choose to change the terms, conditions and operation of this site at any time. By using this service you waive any rights or claims you may have against J2M.

J2M’ sole responsibility is the preparation of your requested forms. Any requirements or obligations for the maintenance of your corporation, business entity or other business services are NOT the responsibility of J2M and the sole responsibility of you.
REFUNDS:
In the event you are dissatisfied with our Service, J2M will undertake its best efforts to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. If you still remain dissatisfied after J2M attempts to resolve the matter, the following terms and conditions apply.
All refund requests must be made in writing by the Client and delivered via certified mail directly to Jump2Money offices within sixty (60) days of receipt of Client funds by Jump2Money. No refunds will be made after the period of sixty (60) days has commenced. In addition, if any funds are paid to any affiliate of Jump2Money, refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of that particular vendor and Jump2Money is not responsible for returning any funds paid to the vendor on behalf of the Client. If Client is obtaining a limited liability company, Client is to read and comply with the Terms of Agreement for SNIS at www.sonvcs.com. Please note that no refunds will be made to any client once a limited liability company has been created for him or her through our affiliate SNIS and/or is approved for credit in any denomination which includes approval of business credit cards, business lines of credit, small business loans and/or equipment lines of credit. Jump2Money does not guarantee any minimum amount of credit to any customer.
For all checks returned to Jump2Money due to non-sufficient funds or closed accounts, a thirty dollar ($30.00) penalty and any additional bank service fees will be added. If you have additional questions regarding refunds, please call 702-966-8420.
EMAIL TRANSMISSIONS
Transmission of email is at your own risk. J2M cannot accept responsibility for your transmission of confidential information or any obligation with respect to that information.
SUBMISSION OF CORRECT INFORMATION BY YOU
You agree that you are responsible for the spelling and other information forwarded to J2M and that information is exactly as you desire for J2M to perform the Services requested. Submission of credit card information via our website, via facsimile or otherwise authorizes the appropriate vendors to charge your credit card for their services. At this time J2M does not accept credit cards for it Services.
PURCHASE OF SERVICES BY AGENT
You agree that, if an agent, (i.e., employee, attorney, CPA, financial advisor, etc) purchased our services on your behalf, you are nonetheless bound as a principal by all terms and conditions herein.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
J2M, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse to provide services to you. You agree that J2M shall not be liable to you for loss or damages that may result from our refusal to provide services.
SEVERABILITY
In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are held to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is entered into in the State of Nevada and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, exclusive of its choice of law rules. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal courts having jurisdiction in Clark county, State of Nevada, and you waive any jurisdictional venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. In any action to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and attorney fees.
COMPLAINCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS
You agree that you are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to or governing your use of this site and you agree to indemnify and hold J2M harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses or obligations suffered or incurred by you arising from your failure to comply.
WAIVER
No term or provisions hereof shall be deemed waived and no breach excused, unless such waiver or consent shall be in writing and signed by the party claimed to have waived or consented. Any consent by any party to, or waiver of a breach by the other, whether express or implied, shall not constitute consent to, waiver of, or excuse for any other different or subsequent breach.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
You agree that this Agreement amounts to the complete and exclusive agreement between you and J2M regarding our services. This agreement supersedes any prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written and whether established by custom, practice, policy or precedent. BY USING THIS SITE AND/OR ANY SERVICES RELATED THERETO, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF USE AND DISCLAIMER.
