The Application Process and Acceptance into the Program

  1. In order to see if you will qualify for our services, you will need to complete and submit the following documents and information so that we can make a determination if you are a candidate for the business credit lines:

    • Completed Customer Information Form;
    • Customer has completed the Customer Information Form; (with the exception of the business name and address which will be done upon approval).
    • Signed a Borrower’s Certification and Authorization form;
    • Provide a clean copy of their driver’s license and;
    • Pay $50 online to complete the application submittal process.

  2. After we have received all of the above documentation and payment of $50 for the application review, we will run your credit and provide you with a written report regarding your current credit status and whether we believe you can qualify to move forward with the program. We do not give estimates on the amount of credit that you will receive, but can only give you our opinion of your creditworthiness based on the information that you provide to us and based on relevant past client history.

  3. If your credit score is close to the FICO target range of 750, meets all of the other qualifications but you have some late payments or other minor discrepancies on your report, we will advise you to consider using our credit enhancement service. You need to be aware that you will be responsible for any and all fees associated with repairing your credit.

Setting up your LLC and Starting The Business Credit Application Process

Once your application is approved and your payment of $10,000 (per LLC) has cleared, you will be assigned a Client Services Representative (CSR). The CSR will work with you to make sure that you timely submit all necessary information and documentation as your go through the LLC and business credit process.

  1. The first step will be a review of your Customer Information Form to make sure it is complete and the business entity name you have chosen is available.

  2. You will then complete the documents to obtain a virtual office and office attendant.

  3. You will need to provide a clean copy of your driver's license.

  4. Complete a Letter of Authorization which you will sign in the presence of a notary public.

Once these steps are completed, we will begin the filling process of your LLC with the Secretary of State. This process takes any where from 24 to 72 hours. In that time we will have completed the following for your LLC:

  1. Filed Articles of Organization;
  2. Filed Initial List of Managing Member(s);
  3. Obtained a Federal Tax Identification Number (EIN)
  4. Prepared the LLC Operating Agreement
  5. Begin preparation of your corporate paperwork to obtain Business Licenses
  6. Prepare your Corporate Book containing all original filings.

During the next two weeks, your credit lines will be applied for and preliminary approved. Documentation can be requested by our banking institutions. Business bank accounts will be set up, signature cards and applications signed, and business checks ordered. During this time you will be asked to provide, sign or complete the following:

  1. Provide a copy of your prior years Federal Tax Return (only pages 1 and 2 are required)

  2. Sign forms that will be sent to you such as a 4506, 8832 and bank applications

  3. Provide a copy of your Dept of Taxation business license and/or City of Henderson Business License upon your receipt in the mail.

  4. Provide your CSR with any letters you may receive during the credit process from the banking institutions or credit card companies that we have applied for credit on your behalf. This includes letters of approval with credit limits, preliminary letters of approval with stipulations, and letters containing a denial of credit with explanations, (This can be an ongoing process and can take up to 8 weeks to receive all mailings). It is important to stay in contact with your CSR and provide him with all of this documentation as this is needed to complete the funding of your credit lines or possibly reverse a denial letter given in error.

It is important to remember that time is a major factor in the business credit process. You need to be able to complete a request once you are contacted. Banks may close your application and deny all credit lines due to non compliance with their requests. Your CSR will work closely with you to make sure all aspects of a request are completed in a timely manner.
