The PerDare Group's wholly owned subsidiary, Jump2Money, provides assistance to the individual in the acquisition of business credit lines as a method of providing initial funding to new business ventures; typically in the acquisition of real estate priced below $200,000 and then maximizing the cash flow of this real estate, that allows our clients to channel their profits into a tax deferred or tax free status. This program (The Jump2Money Program) can help improve the standard of living for those individuals who may not have previously planned for their retirement or future needs.
The PerDare Group's wholly owned subsidiary, H2H Real Estate works to acquire unique and exclusive profit driven real estate. The goal behind what we do, as a company, is to provide specific types of real estate investors with profitable situations. Not only do we assist in the growth of your real estate investment portfolio we also help to minimize the risk associated with purchasing property. Part of what makes H2H stand apart from our competitors is the diversity in our real estate options which includes Single Family Residences at 70% Loan to Value and below, property with over $300,000 in equity based on a TRUE appraisal, guaranteed cash flow opportunities, early phase development projects, hospitality properties and a number of other opportunities that we come across in which our investors can make significant profit.
The PerDare Group's wholly owned subsidiary, Southern Nevada Incorporation Services (SNIS) has over 15 years of Nevada law experience with an emphasis on corporate and estate planning and asset protection law. SNIS helps service out-of-state clients of The PerDare Group who either did not form a limited liability company in Nevada, had not or could not complete all of the documentation required to form a Nevada LLC and/or needed help obtaining business credit or business financing to partake in the income opportunity of investing in real estate using a Nevada corporation for tax deferment purposes.
SNIS also provides services to those clients in-state or out-of-state that only desire to incorporate in Nevada and receive a limited liability company. SNIS also provides resident agent services for Nevada corporations on an annual basis to its existing customers.
